Client Agreements

When a client purchases or books a service, the signed service agreement associated with that service governs the client engagement. If a provision of a signed client agreement conflicts with general information on this website, the signed client agreement will control for that engagement.

Booking + Cancellation Policy

Reservations + Payment

Photography sessions generally require a 50% non-refundable payment at booking to reserve the selected date and time. The remaining balance is due seven (7) days before the scheduled session unless otherwise stated in the applicable booking or service agreement.

Sessions booked within seven (7) days generally require payment in full at booking.

Rescheduling

Photography clients may reschedule one (1) time with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.

Additional rescheduling requests may require a new booking and payment. Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of payments already made.

Cancellations

Payments made toward reserving photography services are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in a signed service agreement.

Late Arrival

Sessions begin and end at their scheduled times. Late arrival reduces the amount of photography time available and does not automatically extend the session.

Studio + Location Fees

Studio rental is included only when specifically stated in the selected service. Additional studio rental, location, admission, parking, permit or travel fees may apply depending on the session.

Travel

Unless otherwise specified, photography sessions include locations within 20 miles of 30907. Additional travel fees may apply outside the included service area.

Proofing + Final Images

The number of final images included varies by session. Clients receive a proofing gallery when applicable and select the number of final images included with their purchased service. Additional images may be available for purchase.

Turnaround

Photography-only sessions are generally delivered within 7–14 business days after final image selections have been submitted. Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days.

Service-Specific Agreements

Policies may vary for branding experiences, commercial projects, events and other custom services. The terms contained in the Client's signed service agreement govern their specific engagement.
