OFFICIAL BOOKING POLICY 


Availability & Scheduling

Sessions are available Monday through Friday, with limited premium weekend slots (Friday & Saturday only).

Sundays are reserved for family and rest—thank you for respecting this boundary.

To ensure every client receives a luxury experience, I only book two sessions per day. Session times are:

  • Session 1: Makeup begins at 10:00 AM | Shoot 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Session 2: Makeup begins at 1:30 PM | Shoot 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM

📌 Weekend Premium: Weekend sessions require an additional $250 investment due to limited availability.


💳 Retainer & Payments

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking. This retainer covers initial preparations and hard costs (studio, makeup artist) and is applied toward your total balance.

  • Mini Birth Kit™: $250 retainer
  • Brand Birth Experience™: $750 retainer
  • Full Delivery Room™: $1,000 retainer
  • VIP C-Section™: $1,200 retainer

Payment plans are available for packages over $1,000. Final balance is due 7 days before your scheduled session date.


💄 Makeup & Styling

Professional makeup is included in all sessions. Styling guidance is provided, and concierge styling support is available for VIP clients.


📍 Location & Studio

Studio fees are included in your package pricing. Outdoor or lifestyle location requests may incur additional travel fees.


⏳ Rescheduling & Cancellations

Life happens—we get it. One reschedule is allowed with 7-day notice. Reschedules after that or cancellations will forfeit your retainer and require a new one to rebook.


📸 Delivery Timeline

Edited galleries are delivered within 10-14 business days. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.

Your brand deserves more than a photoshoot—it deserves a full experience. To maintain a high-end, personalized service, I accept a limited number of sessions each month. A non-refundable retainer secures your session and covers professional makeup, studio fees, and initial planning. Sessions are confirmed only after the retainer is paid and your contract is signed. Due to the nature of this luxury service, reschedules and cancellations are subject to the terms outlined above.
